It’s probably a fake. Examples:
- The distinct similarity between “Adam Hilliker” and “Adolf Hitler”
- The note is dated on Hitler’s birthday.
- The year shows as 1994, but the style of the note is that of a typewriter or an early word processor. The smart quotes (“You’re lying…”) were, if even in existence, not widespread in 1994.
It’s probably just a commentary on the state of teaching affairs.
